Description

Best for: Buying one band at a time. Pick the resistance you need, or add a heavier band to a set you already own.

Most resistance bands are sold as recovery equipment β€” something for the days you're not really training. GRYNDWEAR's latex loop bands aren't that. They're built for the rep you can't do yet: the first strict pull-up, the last few degrees of a squat, the set you'd otherwise skip. Layered natural latex gives smooth, progressive tension instead of a sudden snap, so resistance builds with you instead of fighting you.

Loop one over a bar and it takes weight off the bottom of a pull-up, exactly where most people stall, so you can train the full range long before you can do it unassisted. On the floor, the same band handles glute bridges, banded presses, lateral walks, and warm-ups. Tension travels with you through the rep, so it layers onto barbell work too β€” not a substitute for training, a way to keep training when the gym isn't an option.

No seams to peel, no pinch against skin. Five color-coded tension levels, from lightest to heaviest, so you pick exactly the one you need. Check for nicks before loading heavy, and keep them out of direct sun.

  • Material: layered natural latex, seamless loop construction
  • Use: pull-up assistance, Pilates, stretching, mobility, strength work
  • Tension: five levels, one band per order
  • Portable: rolls flat for a gym bag or suitcase
  • Care: store away from direct sunlight and sharp edges
  • Safety: inspect for nicks or tears before each heavy use

Also in the lineup: Pull Up Band Set for a full pull-up set; Tube Band Set for handles and a door anchor.

Pairs well with: Doorway Pull Up Bar to train pull-ups at home. Add any 2 items and Buy 2, Save 20% comes off automatically, or add a 3rd and save 25%.

Resistance Bands Set in use at the gym

Your First Clean Pull Up

Looped over the bar and threaded through itself, the band carries part of your bodyweight at the bottom of a pull up, exactly where most people stall. You train the full range now instead of grinding half reps for months.

Most people need a heavier band for the first few weeks, then drop a level once the reps come clean. As your back catches up you move to a lighter band, then to none at all.

Keep the tempo slow at the bottom, where the band is doing the most work for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which resistance level should I choose?

Lighter bands suit mobility, warm ups and Pilates work. Heavier bands suit squats, rows and pull up assistance. Many lifters keep two so they can scale the load as they progress.

How do I use it to assist pull ups?

Loop the band over the bar, thread it through itself, then rest one knee or foot in the loop. The band supports you most at the bottom, where the pull is hardest.

What are the bands made of?

Layered natural latex, which gives smooth progressive tension and holds its elasticity through repeat sessions.

What else can I use them for?

Squats, rows, presses, glute work, shoulder warm ups, stretching and Pilates. Anchored to a door or a post, one band replaces a whole shelf of small equipment.

Are these suitable for beginners?

Yes. You control the tension with your position, so you can start easy and add resistance as the movement gets comfortable. Keep the band out of direct sunlight and it will last.
