Tracking questions
I don't have a tracking number yet
Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and your tracking number is emailed as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. Check your spam or promotions folder too. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account with the email you ordered with.
My tracking number shows no information
New tracking numbers can take 24–72 hours to show their first update while the carrier scans the package in. Please check back in a day or two.
My package seems stuck
Packages often pause for a few days at carrier sorting facilities before moving again. If there's been no update for 7 days, email us at gryndwears@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Something's wrong with my order
If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. See our return policy.
