Turns A Cable Stack Into Leg Day
Kickbacks, hip abduction, standing leg curls and hip flexion all need you attached to the cable at the ankle. Most people skip them because the dedicated machine is always taken.
Wrap the cuff, clip the carabiner to the D ring and any cable tower covers all four.
Set the pulley low for glute work and mid for hip flexion. Nothing else to carry.
Padding Where The Cable Pulls
Dense woven polyester with a brushed inner face spreads the load across the whole cuff instead of biting into one narrow line above the ankle bone.
That is what matters on long glute sets, where the cable pulls against one joint for twenty reps at a time.
It stays where you set it rather than creeping down as the set goes on.
Ankle Or Wrist, Same Cuff
Moved up to the wrist, the same cuff takes your grip out of cable rows, pulldowns and curls, so the set ends when the back or the biceps are done rather than when your hands open.
Sizing is fully adjustable, so it fits a narrow wrist and a thick ankle without changing anything.
Hand wash cold and air dry. The webbing holds its shape through months of use.
Why GRYNDWEAR

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it attach to the machine?
Wrap the cuff around your ankle or wrist, feed the tail through and cinch it down, then clip the cable's carabiner onto the steel D ring. It works with any standard cable stack.
Will it fit my wrist?
Yes. The cuff adjusts across its full length, so the same strap works on an ankle or a wrist. For cable curls, kickbacks and pushdowns most people run it on the wrist; for abductions and glute work it sits on the ankle. The padding is the same either way.
What is it made of?
Dense woven polyester with a brushed inner lining and a welded metal D ring, so it resists sweat and keeps its shape through repeat use.
Can I use this for deadlifts?
No. This clips to a cable and there is nothing on it to wrap around a barbell. For staying attached to the bar on heavy pulls, use the Figure 8 Lifting Straps instead.
Do I get one cuff or two?
Your choice. One piece is enough for most cable work, since you train one side at a time. Two pieces saves you re-strapping between sides on glute and leg days.
