Description

Best for: Everyday pushdowns and face pulls, or building out a cable station with the handle kits.

The rope that turns a cable stack into an arm day. Clip it on, grab the ends and press down. At the bottom, pull the ends apart and squeeze. That last inch, where your hands separate and your elbows lock, is where the triceps really work, and a straight bar will not let you get there because your hands are fixed.

Move it to a high pulley and the same rope handles face pulls for your rear delts and upper back, which is one of the few exercises worth doing at the end of nearly every session. Run it from a low pulley for overhead extensions and hammer curls. One attachment, several jobs.

Pick the setup you need: a handle pair, a single-grip rope, the classic tricep rope, or the rope and handles kit if you are kitting out a home cable station from scratch. All of them fit standard cable machine carabiners; check your machine's clip before you order if it is an older or unusual unit. Wipe it down after training and let it dry fully so sweat does not sit in the cord.

  • Fits standard cable machines
  • Pushdowns, face pulls, overhead extensions
  • Options: Handle Pair Kit, Single-Grip Rope, Tricep Rope, Rope and Handles Kit
  • Care: wipe down, let it dry

Also in the lineup: Extra Long Tricep Strap if you want more length and a choice of grip widths.

Pairs well with: Cable Pulley System to use it at home without a cable machine. Add any 2 items and Buy 2, Save 20% comes off automatically.

Give Your Wrists Room To Move

A straight bar locks your wrists in one spot. The rope lets them turn, so you can split the ends at the bottom of a pushdown and actually finish the rep.
