Description

The neck is the part of the body most programs skip, and the first thing that matters on a hit, a takedown or a hard tackle. This neck harness lets you load it the same way you load everything else: clip a plate to the steel chain, set your stance and work slow, controlled neck extensions with real weight you can add to week by week.

The head straps are padded so the load sits across the top and back of the head instead of digging in at one point. Hook-and-loop straps adjust to fit most head sizes and stay where you set them. The chain clips on with two carabiner hooks, so you can add or remove plates in seconds, or swap the chain for a resistance band or cable attachment.

Start light. Neck work responds to slow reps and small jumps in load, not heavy singles. Two or three sets at the end of a session is plenty. Wipe it down after training and let it air dry; the webbing and padding keep their shape through regular use. If you have had a neck injury or any history of neck problems, clear this with a clinician before you load it.

  • Material: padded nylon webbing, hook-and-loop adjustment
  • Hardware: steel chain with two carabiner clips
  • Load: weight plates, kettlebells, bands or cable
  • Fit: adjustable, fits most head sizes
  • Color: black
  • Care: wipe clean, air dry

Pairs well with: Nordic Curl Strap to train the other muscles most programs skip. Add any 2 items and Buy 2, Save 20% comes off automatically, or add a 3rd and save 25%.

The Muscle Most Programs Skip

Football, wrestling and combat sports all ask the neck to take force, yet most training plans never load it. A harness fixes that with one simple movement: bend forward, let the plate hang and raise your head under control.

Because the weight is on a chain, you can add a small plate at a time and track it like any other lift.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight should I start with?

Start light, usually a small plate, and work slow controlled reps. Add weight in small jumps once you can do your sets with clean form.

Will it fit my head?

Yes. The hook-and-loop straps adjust to fit most head sizes and stay where you set them.

What can I attach to it?

Standard plates, on the steel chain. The chain takes a carabiner or loops straight through a plate, so you load it the same way you would a dip belt. Start lighter than you think and keep every rep slow. The neck responds to control, not to weight.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to train the neck with load, especially athletes in contact and combat sports like football, wrestling, rugby and MMA.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it down after training and let it air dry. Do not machine wash.
