Description

Best for: Tracking progress. The built-in counter logs every rep, and the resistance adjusts from 5 to 100 kg.

Most grippers give you one resistance and no feedback. GRYNDWEAR's adjustable hand grip strengthener covers roughly 5 to 100kg from a single adjustable grip strengthener and counts every rep on a small electronic display, so you can actually track progress instead of guessing whether last week was better.

Resistance changes with a twist of the knob, which means one grip strength trainer serves a beginner rebuilding hand strength and a lifter chasing a heavy close. The frame uses thickened stainless steel springs rated for long cycle life, and the handles are contoured with a non-slip coating that stays secure when your hands are chalky or damp. As a forearm strengthener, the counter resets with a button press so each set starts clean.

Stronger hands carry over further than people expect: deadlift hold times, pull-up volume, racquet control, climbing and everyday tasks all improve when the forearms keep up. Work in sets of controlled repetitions rather than grinding to failure every session, and give the tendons a day between hard efforts. Stop if you feel sharp joint pain. Keep it where you will see it, because the tool that gets picked up daily is the one that works.

  • Resistance: adjustable, approx. 5-100kg
  • Counter: electronic rep counter with reset
  • Frame: thickened stainless steel spring mechanism
  • Handles: contoured non-slip grips
  • Use: hand grip strengthener and adjustable hand grip training for forearm, wrist and finger strength
  • Portable: compact enough for a bag or desk

Also in the lineup: Finger Grip Rings for quiet finger work; Hand Grip Trainer as a single or a 6-pack for teams; Metal Hand Gripper for fixed heavy levels.

Pairs well with: Power Twister Bar for chest and arms at home. Add any 2 items and Buy 2, Save 20% comes off automatically, or add a 3rd and save 25%.

Adjustable Hand Grip in use at the gym

Every Rep Counted

Most grippers give you one resistance and no feedback, so you close a few and hope something is happening. The electronic counter logs every full close, which turns hand training into something you can track week to week.

Set a target, hit it, and let the display keep score while you focus on the squeeze.

Fifty closes across three sets, twice a week, is a simple place to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change the resistance?

Twist the knob on the frame. The load moves across roughly five to one hundred kilos, so you can set it for a warm up or a heavy attempt.

How does the counter work?

A small electronic display counts each full close, and a button press resets it, so every set starts from zero.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Set the resistance low and build up. The same gripper stays useful as your hands get stronger, which is the point of the adjustment.

What is it made of?

A steel frame with thickened stainless springs rated for long cycle life, and contoured handles with a non slip coating.

What does grip training carry over to?

Deadlifts, rows, pull ups, carries and holds. Forearm and finger strength is usually the limit long before the target muscle is.
