Why GRYNDWEAR
An independent training brand built around one idea: gear should hold up to real sessions, not just look good in photos. We keep a tight lineup, pick every product for how it performs under load, and stand behind every order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Start on your knees with a short roll out and stop before your hips sag. The wide wheel stays stable, so you can add range as your core catches up.
Does the wheel roll straight?
Yes. The wide non-slip wheel tracks forward instead of wandering side to side, on carpet, timber or tile. That matters most early on, when you are still fighting the movement. A narrow wheel makes you stabilise sideways as well as forward, which takes the work away from your middle.
What does the knee pad do?
It cushions your knees against a hard floor so the set ends when your core is done, not when your knees are. It stores with the roller.
How does the timer work?
It counts your working set on the unit itself, so you can run timed intervals without picking up your phone mid set.
What muscles does it train?
The whole front of the body. Abs, obliques, hip flexors, lats and shoulders all work to control the roll out and bring you back.
