Two versions, one job. The 6-speed keeps it simple: a handful of clear steps from light to firm, which is all most people use. The 30-speed gives you small increments from a gentle warm-up tap right through to deep work on sore quads, so you can find the exact setting that works on a given muscle instead of jumping past it. Both charge over USB-C, so the same cable that charges your phone charges your gun.

Start on the lowest speed and step up only if you need more. Keep the head moving over the muscle rather than parking it in one spot, give each area somewhere around a minute or two, and stay off bones, joints and the front of your neck. Use it after training or on a rest day; it is a recovery and warm-up tool, not something to push through real pain with. Ask your doctor first if you are unsure it is right for you, particularly if you are pregnant or have a circulation problem, a recent injury or any implanted device. Wipe it clean and keep it dry between sessions.
