Description

Sixteen interlocking EVA foam tiles, each 12 inches (30 cm) square and about an inch thick, so the set covers roughly 16 square feet — about a 4 ft by 4 ft patch. Press the edges together like puzzle pieces and lay them out to fit whatever shape your space is, straight down one wall, square in a corner, or a long strip in front of a rack. There is no adhesive and no cutting needed for a basic layout, so you can put it down in an afternoon and pull it up again if you move.

The foam takes the edge off push-ups, planks, stretching and floor work, and it gives a dropped dumbbell something softer to land on than bare concrete or a laminate floor. It also cuts down the noise that travels to the room below, which matters if you train early or live in an apartment. Measure your space before you order, and add a second set if you want more coverage.

Sweep it and wipe it with a damp cloth; harsh solvents will dry the foam out.
