The Session You Skip
Conditioning is the one that gets dropped, and the reason is almost never motivation. It is that the rope is at home, there is nothing to wipe down with, and there is nothing to drink afterwards.
This is that bag packed in advance. Everything here fits in it at once.
Using The Vest Honestly
A sweat vest holds heat in while you work. Wear it for intervals, rope work and steady conditioning, not for heavy singles where you want to stay cool and sharp.
It makes you sweat harder. It is not a weight loss device and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Drink more than you normally would, and take it off between sessions rather than wearing it all day.
Why GRYNDWEAR
An independent training brand built around one idea: gear should hold up to real sessions, not just look good in photos. We keep a tight lineup, pick every product for how it performs under load, and stand behind every order.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size vest should I order?
The vest comes in S/M, L/XL and 2XL/3XL. Pick by chest measurement using the chart on the Sauna Sweat Vest product page. It is a compression fit, so it should sit snug rather than loose.
Is the rope long enough for me?
The cable is adjustable. Stand on the middle of the rope and shorten it until the handles reach somewhere between your lower ribs and your armpits. Taller lifters usually want it near the top of that range.
