Train What You Planned
The cable stack is the one station where your session gets decided by whatever is already clipped on. One rope between forty people, and it is always on the machine somebody else is using.
Carrying your own attachments is the cheapest way to stop improvising. All four take up about as much bag space as a pair of shoes.
What Each One Is For
The long strap is for anything where your hands need to travel past each other: face pulls, overhead extensions, wide pushdowns. The extra length is the whole point of it.
The handles cover presses, rows, curls and flyes, and work on any machine that takes a clip.
The ankle cuffs sit above the ankle bone rather than on it, for kickbacks, abduction and standing cable work.
The grip pads are there for the sets where your palms give out before the muscle does.
Why GRYNDWEAR
An independent training brand built around one idea: gear should hold up to real sessions, not just look good in photos. We keep a tight lineup, pick every product for how it performs under load, and stand behind every order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will these fit the machines at my gym?
Every piece connects with a standard steel clip, so they fit any cable machine or functional trainer that takes a carabiner. Nothing here is proprietary to one brand of equipment.
Can I use them with resistance bands at home?
Yes. The handles and ankle cuffs clip straight onto band carabiners, and the long strap loops around a door anchor. If you train at home with bands rather than a stack, the kit still earns its place.
