A fixed 12 lb that sits snug, with a reflective stripe for low light.

Twelve pounds turns an easy run, a walk or a bodyweight circuit into real work without changing anything else about your routine. It is enough load to raise your heart rate on the same route you already run, and enough to make push-ups, squats and step-ups meaningfully harder, but light enough that your stride does not fall apart. Because the weight is fixed, there are no plates to rattle or re-pack before you head out.

Set the straps so it sits snug against your chest and does not bounce; a vest that moves will rub, and that is what ends most people's first week with one. Start with walks before you run in it, and add time before you add speed. Two or three sessions a week is plenty at first, and your legs and lower back will tell you if you jumped ahead. The reflective stripe helps drivers pick you up on dark mornings and evenings, though it is not a substitute for a light if you are on the road. Wipe it clean and hang it to air dry after sweaty sessions.

12 lb, fixed

Adjustable straps

Reflective stripe

Care: wipe clean, air dry

Also in the lineup: Adjustable Weighted Vest if you want to add weight over time.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0645/5663/0118/files/hf_20261013_030720_1793f8a4-c0bc-4a96-a1df-e736e8b52ad8.png?v=1791860947
